Who we are
Lagom Labs is a software studio operated by Quan Hoang in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. You can reach us at mail@lagomlabs.dev.
What this site collects
This site sets no cookies. Three things are worth naming.
- A theme preference. If you switch between light and dark, the choice is stored in your browser (localStorage) and is never sent to us.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics. Our CDN injects a privacy-first script that counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites. We see aggregate counts only.
- Server logs. Cloudflare, our edge provider, keeps standard request logs for security and abuse prevention: IP address, user agent and requested page, retained for up to 30 days.
Nothing else.
What we do not do
No advertising trackers. No fingerprinting. We do not sell your data. Apart from the Cloudflare analytics beacon, this site loads no fonts and no scripts from outside this domain.
When you contact us
Mail sent to mail@lagomlabs.dev is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to a Google Workspace mailbox. We keep your message as long as we need it to reply and to keep a record of the engagement.
Messages you send on WhatsApp stay in WhatsApp and are subject to Meta's terms.
Where data lives
This site is served from a server in Malaysia through Cloudflare's global network. Email is stored by Google. We use no other processors for this site.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to mail@lagomlabs.dev and we answer within 30 days.
The laws that apply include Vietnam Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection and, for visitors in the EU, the GDPR.
Client projects
Data we process inside a client project is covered by the contract for that project, not by this notice.
Changes
When this notice changes, we update the date above.
